A class designed for girls six years old and up to show them that exercise can be fun. Body, strength and flexibility are increased as children learn skills on vault, bars, balance beam, floor and trampoline.  Classes are presented by using progressions to help children master new skills in a fun and non-competitive environment.  This class focuses on introducing, developing and perfecting gymnastics skills. 

This class moves at a faster pace for those gymnasts who have reached an intermediate skill level and are ready for additional challenges.  This class is by invitation only.
